Online Tutoring for Burnaby Students
We teach Burnaby students online over Zoom, with the same subject specialists who teach at our Surrey centre. Burnaby families are close enough to attend in person if they prefer, and many choose online for the time it saves on weeknights.
Tutoring for Burnaby Students
Students in the Burnaby School District come to us most often for senior Math and the sciences, including Pre-Calculus 11 and 12, Physics 11 and 12 and Chemistry 11 and 12, and for Grade 8 to 10 Math, where strong foundations are built for the senior years.
Burnaby is around 30 minutes from our Surrey centre depending on traffic, so in-person is realistic for weekend sessions. We are happy either way, and plenty of families mix the two.
Courses Burnaby Students Ask For
Burnaby students come to us most often for Pre-Calculus 11, where quadratics and trigonometry reward genuine fluency from Math 10, and for Physics 11 and 12. We also teach a good number of Grade 8 to 10 Math students whose families want strong foundations in place before the senior years.

We work with families right across Burnaby, including Metrotown, Brentwood, Lougheed, Burnaby Heights, Capitol Hill, Deer Lake and Edmonds. Sessions are booked by course and term, so every student is taught by the same specialists wherever they live in the city.
Visiting Our Surrey Centre
Burnaby is one of the closer cities to our Surrey centre — roughly half an hour outside peak traffic — so in-person is genuinely workable, particularly for weekend small groups. A number of Burnaby families run a hybrid: online midweek, in person on Saturday.
